Charitable Donation Requests
The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa is committed to our local community and is pleased to contribute to worthy causes and fundraising events.
Please note that we accept charitable donation requests through our website only. We no longer accept mailed or faxed charitable donation requests.
In order to be eligible for a charitable donation, your organization must meet the following requirements:
- Submit your request at least 6 weeks prior to the event
- Not be affiliated with any political group or controversial cause
- Provide a physical mailing address for certificates to be mailed if approved
- Have not received a Napa Valley Marriott donation for a previous fundraising event within the past year
Please use our Online Donation Request Form to submit your proposal. Please do not call the Napa Valley Marriott regarding the status of your request. We receive a tremendous number of requests and will process your application as soon as we can prior to the event date. Thank you for your interest in the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa.
