The Market at VINeleven is conveniently located in our unique indoor/outdoor lobby, and features a Starbucks® coffee kiosk along with a “grab & go” marketplace where you can pick up quick snacks and artisanal picnic fare, prepared daily by Chef Francisco Aguilar. Design your ideal picnic basket for an afternoon of wine-tasting or exploring Napa Valley, complete with gourmet sandwiches and salads, cheese plates and more.
Our Heirloom Gardens
Our beautiful Heirloom Gardens feature a variety of fruit, veggies, and aromatic herbs including heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, melons, chilies, lettuces, beets, radishes, fava beans, herbs, and botanicals. The gardens were designed and built by hotel Executive Sous Chef Francisco Aguilar, along with Executive Chef Brian Whitmer, and produce 12 months a year due to the unique microclimate of the Napa Valley. This flavorful bounty ensures a constant flow into the VINeleven kitchen, which utilizes these richly flavored vegetables, fruits and herbs in our restaurant and craft cocktail menus.
